Travel With Me

Tuesday, 18 July 2017

Hello again, I hope your summer is going well. Why is it that summer always goes way too quickly? I can't believe its nearly August already! As I have been fashion interning for the past few months, I haven't had time for much travelling. Howeverrrrr, my August and September are jam packed with adventures to make up for it. I have been busy packing so I thought I would write a quick post on my hand luggage travel essentials that always come with me...

  Beauty Bag Travel Essential

First off, these are my beauty travel must-haves that I take in my carry-on luggage. I usually pack my hair products and larger bottles in my checked in luggage. But I always keep these ones above close by, so handy especially for long flights when you need a little pick-me-up.

 In-Flight Entertainment

Whether its a good book or a decent playlist, these are so important to get you through those long flights and drown out whatever snoring, crying, sneezing and boozing that may be occurring during your flight. We have all been down that road...

Checklist

 1. Laptop
2. Headphones
3. Charger
4. Phone/iPod
5. Book (Currently reading 'Perfect' by Irish author Cecelia Ahern)
6. Magazine

Other Travel Necessities

I always bring an empty water bottle (BPA free!) so I can refill it throughout the day. Its so important to keep hydrated, especially when flying to avoid dry skin and breakouts. I also bring along this wheatgrass powder to mix in with my water to keep my iron and energy levels up. Lets face it, travelling can be exhausting. This particular one by Funktional Foods is available from Aldi for about €4. Such a bargain. I also love taking a travel diary on all my adventures to jot down my whereabouts and memories.

Checklist:

1. Towel
 2. Water bottle
3. Vitamins
 4. Snacks
5. Hair tools
 6. Sunnies
7. Passport
 8. Travel diary,
9. Sun Hat
